FAQ
How does eSIM work?
Pick a country and data amount, pay by card, and get a QR code right away. Scan it in your phone settings and you're online.
Do I need to remove my regular SIM?
No, eSIM works alongside your physical SIM — you can keep both active at once.
Which countries are covered?
The list of available countries is right there on the site — 198+ destinations right now.
What phones work with this?
Any carrier-unlocked phone with eSIM support — most phones from the last few years have it.
Do I need to sign up?
No, you pay by card without creating an account. Your order is tied to the email you enter at checkout.
What currency am I charged in?
You're charged in US dollars. Any other currency shown on the page is just an estimate.
Can I get a refund?
eSIM is a digital product: once the QR code is issued, the order is considered fulfilled. But if the eSIM ultimately doesn't work due to an error on our side or the provider's (not because of device incompatibility or carrier lock), we'll refund you in full — the same as if the QR code itself wasn't delivered due to our error.
